Subscriptions to GXportal SaaS plans are valid for one year. After this period, they must be renewed in order to access the website design tool. The production website is kept for 10 days after the subscription expires and if it isn’t renewed it will be taken offline.
In order to be renewed, subscriptions must have expired. To renew your subscription:

Go to www.gxportal.com and log in with your username and password.

Select the option labeled My Account to open the subscriptions dialog box. Press the Renew button as shown in the image below:

Next, another dialog box will be opened with more information about your subscription. In this dialog box, press the Renew button again to complete the process.
Note: For paid plans, the last step will redirect you to PayPal to complete the process.
