Description: this group of properties enables us to set the design of scrollbars generated through javascript.

Move scrollbar when mouse scrolls over?

When this property is set with YES value, then the scrolling will take place automatically upon placing the mouse over the scroll arrows, without the need for clicking on the arrow.

Indicates whether the scrolling is done by skipping, that is transporting the number of pixels configured in the next property.

Indicates the value, in pixels, to be used in the scrolling movements.

Background image remains fixed upon scrolling?

If this property is set with YES value then the background image configured for the sector will remain fixed. Otherwise, the image will scroll along with the movement of scrollbars.
