To generate statistics relative to accesses to a site, GXportal is integrated with Google Analytics. Following are the steps to set this up:

Go to www.gogle.com/analytics

Start session with a Gmail account, from where it will be possible to query the site’s statistics.
Once the session is started, select the SignUp option as shown in the image below:
Then create an account using the New Account option as shown:

Once the account has been created we reach a screen that shows us a code we must paste on our site.

We then enter the option Settings – Control Panel – Statistics in GXportal and will get the following dialog:
In this dialog we check the option to enable collection of statistics and copy the code obtained in the previous step.
Note: Another option is to use http://piwik.org/.
