How to migrate the contents to another tool?

What conditions do pages and contents have to meet in order to be found by the search engine?

The search engine will find a page if it meets the following conditions:
  • It must be of HTML type (not a SHORTCUT).
  • It must be published.
  • It can’t be a master page.
  • It must be indexable. In the Sitemap, click on the page and in the “SEO” Group of properties set the “Allow indexing by search engines” property to “Yes” or no value.
  • The domain to which the page belongs must be indexable. In the Sitemap, click on the domain to which the page belongs. In the “SEO” Group of properties, set the “Allow indexing by search engines” property to “Yes” or no value.

The search engine will find content if it meets the following conditions:El sector tiene que estar publicado
  • The sector must be published.
  • The content body must be HTML or File (not a Link).
  • The content must be authorized.
  • The type of content to which it belongs must be indexable. You have to edit the content type; in the Components option, Index must be enabled for the Title, Abstract, and/or Body.
  • The block in which the content is published is not filtering by Content Type or is filtering by Content Type and is assigned the Content Type to which the content belongs. This is defined from the "Content Types" property of the "Filters" group in the "List of contents" block.
